Organize the Folder
Let me count the ways that you can organize the files
in your folder. The next three pages illustrate how to change the
way files are displayed in the Detail View.
Try it: Sort by the details
Go to the Documents folder.
Go to Views and select Details.
What Do You See? The Details view shows the
yellow folders, first. Then all of the files are listed alphabetically.
What Else Do You See? The Word documents have a
"W" and the Excel spreadsheets have an "X."
