Custom Views

Splitting the spreadsheet into functional sections is tremendously effective. Here are some additional options.

Try This: Create a Custom View

Go to View-> Split.

You should see two splits. You can drag the splits to show Row 1 and Column A.

Select Row 1 and keep it on top.

Go to View -> Freeze Panes.

This will lock Row 1 on the top so that it is always visible.

Save a Custom View

Go to View-> Custom View.

Name it: Split1

Include: Print Settings as well as hidden rows, columns and filters.
