AVERAGEIF Function

What is the Average daily sales for the cheap products?

 

AVERAGEIF lets you figure the average based on your criteria. This formula will look up a number in a Range of prices: that's the Filter.  The cells that you select to calculate the Average is called the Average_Range .

 

Try This: AVERAGEIF

Cell D63 type: Average Daily Sale for Cheap Products.

 

Now, select cell E63.

Go to Formulas -> More Functions.

Select Statistical ->AVERAGEIF.

Enter the Range: Net

Enter the Criteria: <3.50

Enter the Average_range: Q1sales

 

What Do You See?

The sample formula is=AVERAGEIF(Net,"<3.50",Q1sales)
