Print More

OK, one more good idea, then that's enough. Here is the way to print the Headings and the Gridlines, if you wish. This print out makes it easy to proof the formulas in the hard copy.

Try This: Edit the Page Layout

Open Formulas and Functions.xlsx.

Go to  Page Layout.

Find the Sheet Options.

Select: Print.

Go to Office -> Print.

Select: Print Preview.

What Do You See? The Print Preview should show the gridlines and the headers just as you would see the spreadsheet on the screen.

Page Layout ->Sheet Options ->Gridlines or Headings
