Paste Special Options There are some useful options that are worth investigating here. Paste Special lets you choose what you want to paste.   Try it: Paste Special The default options include: All (everything), Formulas, Values, Formats, Comments, or Validation, only.   Remove Formatting Paste Special can get rid of Formats, Themes, Borders or blanks you may have copied from the original sheet.   Select Operation You can select the math you want to paste: Add, Subtract, Multiply, Divide, or none at all.   Keep going....;-) Home->Paste ->Paste Special Memo to Self: This can save you a lot of time!
