The Format Painter

The Format Painter is a useful little tool that works well. You can use the Format Painter to copy and paste your Styles.

Try It: Use the Format Painter

Select: any formatted text.

Go to Home ->Format Painter.

What Do You See? The Format Painter looks like a little paint brush. When you select the formatted type and click on Format Painter, your mouse will have a painter brush.

Whatever you "brush" with your mouse will update to the format you picked up from the text you selected at the start.
