More Headers and Footers

Did you know that you can have different Headers and Footers for each part of your document? Start with the Cover Page. Usually the Cover does not have any  page numbers.

 

Try it: Create a Different First Page

Start on Page 3.

Go to the Header and Footer Tools.

Click on the Design tab.

Check Different First Page.

 

Try This, Too: Confirm the changes

Go to View and Zoom to Two Pages.

 

Is the First Page Footer different than the Footer on page 2?
