A chart should tell the story in 3 seconds or less.
The Chart Legend is not the most effective way to
teach the numbers. It is "one step away" from your data. You can use
the Chart Tools to remove the Legend.
Try it: Remove the Legend
Select the Chart and go to Chart Tools.
Go to Layout->Legend.
Select: None.
Keep going....when you remove the Chart Legend,
you need to add Data Labels so that your Chart makes sense. Chart Tools ->
Layout
