Presenting Data

The purpose of this lesson is to find different ways to tell the story; to use Microsoft Excel to evaluate the data.

 

You can use the Rainfall chart to try one more option: adding another row, or series, of information to a chart.

 

Before You Begin: Insert a column to the left of Column A. Add the Labels:

Cell A2: 2007

Cell A3: 2008

 

Add some sample data for 2008.

Cell B3: 4.3

Cell C3: 3.7

Cell D3: 5.5

Cell E3: 4.2

Cell F3: 4.8

Cell G3: 6.8

Cell H3: 7

Cell I3 is blank.
