Personalize Word 2007
When Microsoft Office is installed the program
prompts you to enter your name, initials, and the name of your
organization. This information is saved in the document properties.
Here are the steps to edit that data.
Try it: Edit the Properties
Go to Office ->Prepare.
Select Properties.
What Do You See?
The Document Properties include:
Author
Title
Subject.
You can add:
Keywords
Category (remember Outlook?)
Status
