When you
complete your work, you can publish or share that work. Question:
how do you know your work has not been edited and changed since you
distributed it?

Digital Signature shows who signed this file, and if it was
changed since it was signed.
Try
This: Use Digital Signatures
Go to
Office->Prepare
Select:
Add a Digital Signature.
Choose:
Create your own digital ID.

What Do
You See? The very first time you try this feature, you will be
prompted to get a Digital ID. You can use an online service that can
authenticate who you are, or you can create your own.
