Create a Digital Signature

When you complete your work, you can publish or share that work. Question: how do you know your work has not been edited and changed since you distributed it?

 

A Digital Signature shows who signed this file, and if it was changed since it was signed.

 

Try This: Use Digital Signatures

Go to Office->Prepare

Select: Add a Digital Signature.

Choose: Create your own digital ID.

 

 

What Do You See? The very first time you try this feature, you will be prompted to get a Digital ID. You can use an online service that can authenticate who you are, or you can create your own.
