Save As PDF

PDF stands for Portable Document File, a format developed by Adobe Systems. The PDF format strips a document down to an image that can be viewed by anyone with an Adobe Acrobat Reader. A PDF file is an excellent method for sharing information. However, PDF files cannot be edited very easily.

 

Save As PDF or XPS is a add-on product that you can download from Microsoft for free.

After you install the add-on, you can try the following steps. 

 

Try it: Save As PDF or XPS

Go to Office ->Save As.

Select: PDF or XPS.

 

Office ->Save As ->PDF of XPS
