Picture Tools -> Format -> Arrange ->Bring to Front

Arrange the Images Microsoft Office--Word and PowerPoint, too--allow you to Arrange the images on different layers. You can place a picture in front or behind the other images or behind the Text.   Try This: Bring to Front Go to the Baseball slide. Insert two pictures. Move one picture so that it overlaps the other, like the screen shot on this page. Go to Picture Tools ->Format. Click on Bring to Front.     Memo to self: Bring to Front places the image on the top layer. If you have three or more images you can use Bring Forward to move a picture up one layer.
