Animation Options

This part is just too fun to pass by. Each animation can have a sound associated with it. It is another opportunity to focus on the screen: made you look..., again!

Try This: Add a Sound

Go to Animations.

Select a Transition Sound: Voltage.

Test the Transition Speed: Slow.

Go to View-> Slide Show and try your transition: Did you see the animation?

Try It: Advance on Mouse Click

You can decide how you would like to go to the next slide in your presentation.

By default, PowerPoint waits for you to do something: On Mouse Click. You can also program the presentation to advance Automatically After so many seconds. This is useful if you would like the slide show to stand alone and work by itself in a kiosk on on display.
