Prepare to Share

It's a good idea to submit your slide show to your team before you publish it or make a presentation. Someone should proof read it!

Before you send your work to your colleagues you can use the Document Inspector to check for hidden metadata or personal information.

Try it: Inspect the Document

Go to Office -> Prepare.

Select: Inspect Document.

Try this, too: Mark as Final

Go to Office -> Prepare.

Select: Mark As Final.

When a slide show is marked as Final the it will become Read Only.  When a slide show is marked as Final it cannot be edited or reviewed. You can go back to Office->Prepare and select Mark as Final to remove the Read Only property.

Keep going...

Office ->Prepare -> Inspect Document
