Review the Results

What Do You See? The Document Inspector searched your presentation for Comments, Properties, and anything hidden off the screen or behind the slide in the metadata. 

 

In this example the Inspector found information in the Properties. All files  have Properties which include the title, subject as well as the size and other general file attributes.

 

Are you aware that your name and company name might be included in the Properties? You can inspect the Properties if you wish before you remove that information.

 

Try This: Prepare the Properties

Go to Office -> Prepare.

Select Properties.

Review the information.

Office ->Prepare -> Inspect Document
