Reach for Stars
A Digital Signature is similar to signing your
name in ink. Please note: the laws on Digital
Signatures vary. Microsoft cannot warrant the legality in every
instance. That said, the purpose of the Digital Signature is to
validate the integrity of your file.
The validation begins by identifying yourself with a
Digital ID, which you can set up through Microsoft, or through
another firm online. Try it:
Add a Digital Signature Go to
Office -> Prepare. Select:
Add a Digital Signature. You will
be prompted to type in the purpose for signing this presentation.
