No Games Allowed Games are good. Games are fun. However, games can change the system configuration. Sometimes you can’t get any video output after a new game is installed. With other games, the sound stops working. Most companies don’t allow users to install games at work. You’re there to work, right? Its one thing to spend a weekend rebuilding your system after a game trashes the configuration. That’s on your time. Its another issue to take a workstation down for a day. Some people play by the rules, some don’t. This section presented some of the ways you can configure user accounts and protect your system.   It’s not as intimidating as it looks. I’ve been there…and I’ll be here for you. When it all gets too frustrating, repeat after me: I AM the administrator.
