Publish to Word

There is a better way to create custom handouts. Microsoft PowerPoint can Publish your presentation in Microsoft Word. The slides will be exported as miniature images and the document will be formatted with a Table for the layout. It is a very, very smooth tool.

 

Try it: Publish to Microsoft Word

Go to Office ->Publish.

Choose Create Handouts in Word.

 

When you are prompted, please choose Notes next to slides.
