Adding Conditional Formatting to a Microsoft Access Report is the same as Formatting in Excel.
Try it: Format the Control
1. Select the Rating column
Go to Format->Conditional.
You should see the Conditional Formatting window.
2. Edit the Conditions
Condition 1 is equal to R.
Format the text Bold and Red.
Click OK and look at the report.
