Database Tools -> Edit Relationships

Joining the Tables

If you enable Referential Integrity, you cannot delete a record from a primary table if matching records exist in a related table. For example, you cannot delete a customer from tblCustomer if there are rentals sold to that customer in tblMoviesRented.

You can delete a primary record and all related records by choosing to Cascade Delete Related Records check box.
