Add a Record

At the bottom left corner of this table you will see the Navigation Buttons. You can use the star arrow to enter a new record at the end of the list.

 

Try it: Create a new record

Click on New Record. Your cursor will be on the next blank record. The first column in this table is the ID, an Autonumber.

 

Tab to the second column and add the following data:

Movie: Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal

Year: 2008

Rental: 1

Rating: PG13

Stars: Harrison Ford

 

What Do You See? There should be a pencil on the Record Selector as you are entering data. When you go to the next record, your data will be saved automatically and the pencil will be gone.
