Create a Query 2. Select a Record Source Designing a Query begins with the Show Table window.    Double Click on tblMovieTitles and close the Show Table window.   Now, you should see the Movie table. tblMovieTItles, on the top of the Query. You can use any, or all, of the fields in this table.   The bottom half of the QBE is a grid where you can place the table fields that answer your questions. Create -> Query Design
