3. Add Fields to the QBE Grid

Which movies are new releases? Which fields in the MovieTitles table will find the answer?

 

Add All Fields: Click on the asterisk (*) at the top of the table to add all of the fields to the query grid.

 

Delete Fields: What if you added a field that you didn't want? First, select the column.

Now, click Delete on the keyboard.

The column, or table, will be removed from your query.

 

Try it:

Select Movie from tblMovieTitles

Drag it down to the first column in the grid.

Select the Year and drag it to the grid, too.
