How do you calculate the Totals?

A database is known by the reports it keeps. So far, this mighty Access database has found the customers who have overdue videos. The same queries can be modified to give you a better understanding of your business.

 

Try it: Count the Movies

Create a new query in Design View.

Add the following fields to the grid:

  Rating

  Genre

Sort by: Rating

Save and name it: CalculateSumSQ.

Create ->Query Design
