Create a New Record Source

For the Customer Combo Box

1. Use a Query for the Record Source

A Select Query can combine the phone number and the customer name. When someone types in the number, they will get the customer's name, too.

 

Try it: Create a Select Query

Go to Create-> Query Design

 

 

Show/Table: Select tblCustomer

Add the CustomerID Field to the QBE grid.
Create ->Query Design
