One to Many Forms

What Do You See? Change the view to Form View and look at the receipt form. Each customer can rent many movies. Life is good and the data entry is easy.

 

The form on this page shows a receipt for one customer who rented many movies: one-to-many.

 

Microsoft Access has several other methods for presenting information: Multiple Item Form and Split Form.

 

A Multiple Item Form displays a detailed list that users can browse. A Split Form shows a datasheet on top and a subform on the bottom for editing the record you choose.
