Set Database Properties

You can create your own database Property on the Custom tab. Say you wanted to write down when your Access database was updated.

 

Try It: Create Custom Property

Go to Office-> Manage.

Select Database Properties.

Go to the Custom sheet.

Enter a Name: Updated.

Select a Type: Date.

Enter a Value: 08/01/2008

Click Add.

 

Memo to self: The value has to match the date type you selected.

Office-> Manage -> Database Properties ->Custom
