Save As XPS File

Many businesses do not install Microsoft Access on every workstation. You can still save the information in a format that everyone can read.

An Adobe Acrobat PDF (Portable Document File) is a graphic format that can be opened and modified with a free Acrobat Reader. Microsoft has a new XPS format that opens in the same Acrobat Reader.

Try This: Save As XPS

Go to Office-> Save As.

Select PDF of XPS.

Keep going...

Office-> Save As -> PDF or XPS

What Do You See? The option to Save As -> XPS may not be installed on your computer. You can download this Add-On from Microsoft by following the links in the Help page.
