Take the Switchboard into Design View. Double click the Form Selector to bring up the form Properties. Scroll halfway down the property sheet and make these changes:

  • Record Selectors: No

  • Navigation Buttons: No

  • Scroll bars: Neither

  • Control Box: No

  • Close Button: No

  • Min Max Buttons: No

  • Auto Resize: Yes

  • Auto Center: Yes
