Subtract the Start from the End.
An appointment that
goes from 9 AM to 5 PM is an 8 hour day. You can
format the numbers to make the math easier. For example, 5:00 PM
would be 17:00 hours in military time.
Now, the
equation would be: =EndTime - StartTime, or
=17:00 PM
- 9:00 AM, or
=8 hours
