Modify the Table A MultiValue field lets your users select more than one answer to a question.  You can use a MultiValue field in this database to document why a movie was archived.   Try it: Add a MultiValue field Enter a new field: Status. Data Type: Lookup Wizard. Enter the list:   Damaged   Lost   No Sale   Do NOT Re-image   Edit the Lookup Properties Allow Multiple Values: Yes. Allow Value List Edits: Yes.
