one letter per page instead of a continuous list?
Try it: Force A New Page
Go back to Design View
Select the Name
Footer. Look on the Property Sheet for Force New Page.
Choose: After Section.
Now, preview your report.
Does it make sense, yet? The
Name Header displays the customer’s name and address. The Name
Footer was used to break the report into sections—one for each
customer—by forcing a page break.
