Excel and Access

Microsoft Excel is also part of an integrated solution. Microsoft Access has an excellent PivotChart function that lets you visualize your data.

 

Try it: Create a PivotChart

Open the Front Row Video database.

Select tblMovieTitles.

Go to Create->PivotChart.

 

 

You should see a new form with a blank PivotChart. You may not see the fields.

If not, go to Design ->Field List.

 

Drag the following fields onto the Chart:

Data: CountofMovie. 

Series: Rating

Create->PivotChart
