Add the Control The next step is to add the Attachment Control to the form.     Try it: Add the Control Open the Movies Form. Go to Home ->View->Design.   You need to see the Field List. Go to Design->Tools. Click on Add Existing Fields.   Drag and drop the MovieReview from the Field List to the form.   Save your changes. Form Design Tools ->Design->Tools ->Add Existing Fields
