Make a Prototype Label 4. Build the Prototype Label The Prototype Label was a little tricky to make it work right. Try this:   Go to the Available fields. Click on the FullName field.   Go to the Prototype Label. Click on the first blank line. Click on the Arrow to choose the field.   Go to the second blank line in the Prototype Label. Select Address1 from the Available Fields. Click on the Arrow to choose the field.   Add Address2 to the third line. Add CityStateZip to the fourth line.   Keep going... Create->Reports->Labels
