Label Design What Do You See? The Label Wizard should display your customer names in two columns. Go to Design View and see what the Label Wizard built.   The Detail section uses the name and address fields from the Customer query. The FullName and CityStateZip fields concatenated, or combined, several fields into one text string.   You can create aggregate fields in a report, too. Report Design Tools->View->Design View
