Create an Aggregate Field

Here are the steps to combine two or more fields into one aggregate field.

 

Try This: Edit the Control Source

Go to Report Design Tools->Design.

Select a Text Box Control.

Add the Text Box to the Detail section.

Go to the Property Sheet.

Edit the Control Source:

=[City] & "Winner"

Report Design Tools->Design->Controls
