Edit the Merge Fields

3. Add an Address Block

Go to the Mailing tab.

Select Address Block.

 

You will be presented with a preview of the Address Block, as well as some options for formatting how the name is displayed. What if the Preview does not have all of your fields? 

Mailings->Write and Insert Fields -> Address Block
