Curious About Queries

The theme for this Intermediate Access training is "Search and Research." It is a reminder that queries answer questions: Who bought what? When? Why?

 

The next couple of pages present other ways to use queries. The topics include: using a subquery to filter the data and identifying which table you should use when you have more than one table to choose from.

 

The query will also use Criteria to prompt the user to choose the rating.

 

The query will be programmed to "do the math": automatically calculate the discount using arithmetic operations.
