Print Database Objects

There are many options for printing the information in your database.

 

Try This: Review the Print Options

Open a sample report in Microsoft Access.

Go to Office ->Print.

Quick Print sends the file to the printer.

 

Print Preview lets you change the Page Layout: Size,  Orientation, Margins and Page Setup.

 

The Print Preview Ribbon also includes Data functions. You can export the data to Excel, Word, SharePoint and more.
