Print What?

If you try to print a form the preview will show all of the information, but it looks like a continuous form. The pictures, buttons and controls will print, too, just as you see them in Form View.

 

Well, printing forms is another example of a big elephant stomping on the network bandwidth.

 

Try This: Print Data Only

Open a sample report in Access.

Go to Office ->Print ->Print Preview.

Go to Page Layout.

Select Print Data Only.
