When you copy
and paste text, you may see a small
Clipboard pop up. There are three formatting choices
in these
Paste Options.
Select the text: Charlotte's
Copy and Paste
the text. Look for the
Clipboard pop up. Keep Source
Formatting: In the example
on this page, the word "Charlotte" would paste with all of the
formatting that you copied: big, bold and colorful. Match
Destination Formatting: The word
"Charlotte" would paste with the default font, size and color for
Microsoft Word: Calibri, 11 pt, black. Keep Text
Only: This option
strips away any formatting you may have copied. This is a good way to
simplify the text you copy from the Internet.
