Insert -> Picture -> From File Find a Picture The Pictures and the Documents folder can be found in your User Name folder. In this example, the User name is eBeth. Some camera programs download your pictures to their own folders.   7. Locate and Select a Picture Look in the Documents folder Double click one of the sample pictures to insert into your document.   You can also select the picture and then click on the Insert button in the lower right hand corner.
