Link Two Text Boxes

You can Link two Text Boxes  together. Say you have a lot of information in the first Text Box. If you link two Text Boxes, then the extra type from the first one will "spill into" the second Text Box.

Try This: Link the Text Boxes

Go to Insert ->Text Box. From the options, select Simple Text Box.
Select the new Text Box.

Delete the sample type. The new Text Box has to be empty before you can link to it.

Go to Text Box Tools -> Format.

Click on: Create Link.

What Do You See? Click on the first Text Box. Your should see a cup that can "pour" the text into the second Text Box.

Click on the second Text Box.
