Picture Styles Microsoft Word 2007 offers a gallery of Picture Shapes, Borders and Effects. These format options can be found in the Picture Styles.   4. Format with Picture Styles Click on the picture to Select it. Go to the Format Ribbon. Choose a Picture Style.
