Split the Screen

Say you had a long document with many pages that you are working on. You can Split the Screen to see two pages at the same time.

Try It: Split the Screen

Go to View ->Window.

Select Split Screen.

What Do You See? You should see a line following your cursor. When you click your cursor about half way down the screen, Microsoft Word will display your document in two windows.

Each window can be scrolled and viewed separately.

Remove the Split When you are done editing this mighty document, you can go back to the View Ribbon and Remove the Split.

View -> Window -> Split Screen
