Format Options MS Word offers several Picture Tools to enhance the design and layout of your newsletter. Here are two options.   Resize the Picture Click once on the picture to select it. Move your mouse over the corner Handle. Look for the two headed arrow. Drag and Drop to resize the picture.   Picture Styles Go to the Format Ribbon Choose a Picture Style	Picture Tools ->Format -> Adjust Brightness
