Here are the steps to format a page border.   Try This: Add a Page Border Go to Page Layout ->Page Borders.   What Do You See? The Borders and Shading has three tabs and you are on the Page Borders. Edit the following:   Setting: Select Box Color: Select blue. Art: Find the umbrellas. Click OK.   Save your work.
