Customize the Icons There are a couple of ways you can customize the icons. First, you can change the size of the icon. Second, you can choose how you would like to arrange them.   Try It: Customize the Icons Right click the Desktop. Go to View.   What Do You See? The Desktop Properties let you change the View. You can choose Medium and Large Icons. By Default the icons Align to Grid. There is also an Auto Arrange option that helps you line up the little short cuts.   What Else Do You See? You can use this option to Sort the icons by name, type or even date modified.
